Classes will start at the scheduled time, regardless of student attendance. We advise students to log in to their computers or laptops or mobile phones at least 10 minutes before the class begins to maximize their experience. Please note that there are no refunds for missed sessions by the students.
Student conduct and language
Any misconduct or inappropriate language during the sessions will result in the student's removal from the session, and they will not be allowed to attend any future sessions. No refunds will be issued for fees if a student is terminated due to misconduct or inappropriate language. The teacher reserves the right to terminate a student if any misconduct occurs during class sessions.
Devices for zoom
For optimal session experience, we suggest using a laptop or iPad/tablet, ideally with headphones. Please ensure you're in a quiet, distraction-free environment during the. Any student who intentionally disrupts the class will be removed immediately, without prior notice or refund. This policy is in place to maintain audio-visual ethics and safety for all participants.

Missed class compensation policy
At www.spokenenglish.com.au, we strive to provide uninterrupted and high-quality learning experiences. However, in the event of a missed class due to technical difficulties or an unwell teacher, we ensure our students do not lose valuable learning time.
Policy Details:
If a class scheduled between Monday and Friday is missed for the reasons mentioned above, it will be rescheduled.
The make-up class will be conducted on the same time slot on either Saturday or Sunday of the same week.
Students will be notified in advance regarding the rescheduled class day and time.

Cancellation Policy
